2017/2018 Show Rate Schedule

Show Charges: Flat Rate Pricing

Class A Show– 2/3 Day $650.00

One Day Show $150.00

Regional Show $850.00

East Coast $850.00

Regional Show/Class A Combo $950.00

Youth, Canada Nationals $2500.00

US Nationals $2850.00

TERMS Expense for shows will include the following components:

1) Flat Rate

2) Show Entries, Stall, Bedding, Prorated Fee for Groom, Tack, Dressing Room

3) Hauling

Flat Rate and Hauling must be paid prior to departure:

All show rates and hauling fees must be received one week prior to departure for each show.

Show entries will be paid directly to show by owner with a check or credit card that will be submitted with farm entries. Due date of entries based on closing date and owner will be notified by trainer when this is.

Flat Rate Charges Include: Decorating, carpentry, lumber, drapes, landscaping, set up, trainer and staff expenses, hotel, meals, show and grooming supplies, show clip, work  tack.

Flat Rate Charges Do No Include: show entries, stalls, bedding, hauling, extra stall fees, body clip, vet and farrier expenses, early arrival, layover charges or any other out of pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the client.  All show tack is to be provided by the client .

NEW! ADULT CAMPS

New for 2018, Adult Camp Weekends April 27, 28,29 and November 2, 3, 4 2018.

These innovative weekends will be complete with our nightly bonfire and live entertainment and local fare with a traditional crab feast.  Renowned motivational speaker joins us to share her thoughts on the values of adult friendships, building interpersonal skills and self esteem.

$275 for each or, $500 for both weekends.
